VerveAR provides immersive AR, 3D Viewer, and Virtual Try-On solutions designed to enhance the online shopping experience. Our services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

VerveAR operates on a subscription-based model. Plans and pricing are available on our website and are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.

4. No Refund Policy 

All purchases, including monthly and yearly subscriptions, are non-refundable.

We invest significant resources in infrastructure, technology, and support from the moment your subscription is activated. Due to the immediate allocation of these resources and access to premium features and AR infrastructure, we are unable to offer refunds on services once payment is processed.

We encourage users to explore our demo experience or start with a monthly plan before committing to an annual subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, software, and designs provided by VerveAR are the exclusive property of VerveAR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

VerveAR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
